Overall I completely enjoyed this experience, mainly because of Alana. Even though we used the lowest tier massage chair, the service and hospitality made it feel genuinely worth it. Timing and convenience We came super early while waiting for our flight. It was around 5:00 a.m. so we could finish in time for a 7:00 a.m. departure. Having someone that welcoming at that hour is rare. Staff and service Alana was upbeat, joyful, and incredibly kind. She made the whole experience feel relaxing and fun, not transactional. She walked us through how to use the remote, checked in on comfort, and even offered towels to help create tighter leg compression when the chair squeeze felt too loose for us. She also took genuine interest in chatting with us, even asking about our cat, which was such a sweet touch. Massage chair The chair itself felt best suited for someone taller or bigger. The leg compression in particular wasn’t as tight as I would have liked. Still, it was decent for a quick airport reset, and the towels trick helped. Shop items They also sell a few items in store. The signature scent is really nice, and the neck pillows looked pretty good too. Value For transparency, the price for us was $0 because we used a card membership benefit. Even so, I’d strongly recommend stopping by if Alana is there. She’s the reason the experience stood out. Recommendation Highly recommend Alana. If you want a calm, friendly airport spa experience (especially early morning), she’s fantastic.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Neche at Be Relax Spa. From the moment the session started, her professionalism and calming energy immediately stood out. She took the time to understand exactly where I was holding tension and customized the massage perfectly to what my body needed instead of giving a routine, one-size-fits-all treatment. Her technique was incredible the pressure was perfectly balanced, firm where it needed to be to release deep muscle knots, yet relaxing enough to completely melt away stress. You can truly tell she is highly skilled and experienced because every movement felt intentional and therapeutic. She worked through areas of tightness in my shoulders, back, and neck that I didn’t even realize were causing so much discomfort, and by the end of the session I felt lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. The atmosphere at Be Relax Spa was peaceful and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. Neche maintained a professional, attentive, and caring approach throughout the entire massage, frequently checking in to make sure everything felt comfortable.

Jesse is a QUEEN. Had some time to kill and didn’t want to deal with my nails when I got home. So I asked Jesse for help. She’s AMAZING. Got a beautiful manicure and made it to my gate just in time for boarding. Love them! Thank you Jesse 💕💞💓
